Change of Mind Returns

At Cotton Snug, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return the product within 7 days of receiving it, and we will issue you a refund.

  • Return Request: Submit a return request via the 'My Account' page by selecting contact us using the Contact Us form with your name and order number, and we’ll assist in arranging the return.
  • Product Condition: Returned items must be in 'as-new' condition, meaning they have not been used, damaged, washed, or laundered, and must be securely packaged in the original packaging.
  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with a change of mind return, including the initial delivery costs and the return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your return, provided it meets our conditions, we will issue a refund for the product price, minus the shipping fees.

For returns made after the 10-day period, we may still accept the return, but only for store credit, and subject to our approval. In both cases, the returned item must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
